Furthermore, the designed reports can be shared in a very trusted manner to any area in any language and preferred format. When reports get ready they are allowed to be previewed in HTML and published to the web for easy and trust control sharing. This method of sharing allows the better business decisions at all levels of the organization. Reports can also be exported into mobile devices. The most popular formats that are supported are PDF, Excel, and RTF. All the sharing of data is centralized and managed by the IT group.
